Adding A New City Water Connection?

I want to add a city water connection to our '87 Scamp since it doesn't have one. I bought a city water connection/pressure regulator from Camping World and while the installation to get it working seems pretty straightforward, I wanted to see if anybody else had done the same thing. My plan is as follows:

1. Cut out the appropriate size hole in the scamp wall near the sink.
2. Attach/fasten the inlet/regulator to the hole.
3. Attach a drink-safe hose from the inlet to the faucet.
4. Test/succeed/enjoy.

I'll use Teflon tape at any threaded connections. Any other details I should be prepared for?? Thanks!
