Adding Pictures

I'm trying to add pictures of my work in progress but when I click on the "insert image" icon under my thread, a block comes up asking for my ULR. I have no idea what that is. Am I doing something wrong?

So I read your link Donna and I'm still confused. I clicked on "insert an image" next to "insert quotes and I get a pop up saying that fiberglassrv wants me to enter the URL of my image.

You attach photos BELOW the reply window under "Additional Options." You seem to be trying at the tool bar. Scroll down a bit.
