Lightbulb Name that implement

I have heard of a combination Spoon and Fork called a "Spork".

Does that mean that this is a "Forpener"?

When I'm in the trailer I am multi function. I can eat, or I can sleep, or....

The entire trailer is multi-function!
It costs $$$ to buy it
It costs $$$ to insure and register it each year
It costs $$$$ to maintain it
It costs $$$$ to tow it
It costs mega - giga- $$$$ to go on ferries with it
It costs $$$$ to park it at a campground for a night
It costs time & effort to scrub & shine it up
It costs time & $$$ to upgrade it
It costs anxiety and worry to park it
It costs .... (etc)

It fulfills MANY functions - but the function is fulfills best is transferring $$$$ from my wallet to someone else's!

It also makes me examine things very closely - and so it teaches some truths as well, some of which are "counter-intuitive"

In my case, I find that the larger the trailer and the bigger the tug, the more I am inclined to overlook all the $$$$ implications of owning things like that. YMMV

The bottle opener/fork reminded me of a little ditty my dad used to recite.........

I eat my peas with honey
I've done it all my life
It makes the peas taste funny
But it keeps them on the knife.
