LOL, Exactly what I was gonna say!

George, Don't worry about all this stuff. Get out and enjoy your trailer, organization will come as you travel a few times and figure out what works best for you two! We each have our own camping style. Get out and find yours!

The water tank...

I think the only thing I've never seen an "I don't use it" post about is the lights!

I remember exactly this situation on a Sea Scout boat in the 1960s, including one meal of steamed jam sponge for main course and beef stew for dessert.

Captain Scott when he went to the Antartic 101 years ago had the foresight to write with a chinagraph pencil on all tins specifying the contents - I've read that they were still quite readable today.

Maybe a bit off topic, but per post #22:

I have probably inspected 75 or more Toyota motorhomes for wannabe buyers and, at least 90% of the time a sellers claim of: "We never used the _____", was code for "It doesn't work".
That possibility is raised one level further when the seller claims "The last owner said it worked, but we never used it"

When I crewed on a sail boat we had the same problem with cans in the bilge. The cook of the day got to pick three cans to create the main meal with, but we also had rice, macaroni and potatoes. The most memorable meal was rice and three cans of fruit (2 peach, 1 pear).

George - just get out with your trailer and enjoy figuring out the details as you go along. Something new to learn every trip, and you have been introduced to the idea that there isn't one right way to camp!
