Thanks John. I'm beginning to think I am ok. The Bigfoot camper was made for a long bed and I have a shortbed but the difference in the weight hanging out the back in certainly no more than what would be on my hitch if I was pulling a trailer.

Todate the only thing I need to do is put Air bags on the F250 to make it ride better.

I leave the tail gate on and this 11.6' campers fits to the end of the tailgate. but I am going to install aribags.
