Anybody heard of a "Compact II" Fiberglass Camper?

Fiberglass shell mounted to a different chassis than original.

That one is a shell sitting on a boat trailer. Rear entry, galley at the back street side, small bathroom curbside (some versions), good-sized dinette at front converts to transverse bed. A pop-up roof over the aisle in the galley section lowers for less wind resistance and garageability.

Hunter Structures of Chatsworth, California made trailers from 1968-1976. The Compact II was one of their models.

Mike, there are a number of Compact II owners here. Mine needed a lot of restoration, but now that it's done, it's a great little trailer.

We are in Northern California and Central Coast.

She is all redone and in EXCELLENT shape. She is a 1972 Hunter Compact. Has a toilet,12 volt tv, heater, outside tent, light strip under trailer and one inside trailer, new battery, a portable a/c unit, smoke/Carbon monoxide detector, new regulator and propane lines, extra plug as well as USB plugs, new battery, new boomerang countertops/table top,new curtains, new upholstery, new powder coated range top. original light fixtures.polished original exterior, recently sealed windows, interior painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, Interior is original quilted and pop-up has been replaced before I bought her and in good shape.

Not cheap! I have $11k into her right now and have all the receipts. She is a beauty!
