Nope 62 degrees and sunny in Portland yesterday. Weather folk are saying we might hit 70 degrees sometime in the next week or so. We should be around 50 degrees (and wet)......

That looks like a familiar sight around here. Today is cold and clear right now but we got 2" of that stuff yesterday. Temperature right now is -9 C or 15 F. Maybee NEXT month.

35" of snow so far in February... and a couple of inches of ice... can you take a little more? We'll be happy to send it to you!

Do you want a picture before or after I pass the snowblower? We just finished a heavy snowfall alert yesterday and it was still snowing this morning, the forecast is for more snow on the weekend. Spring is in sight tho, I can see it on the calendar, for the moment when I look outside, it's just whiteout, but that should pass shortly.

81 here. There is some white stuff on one of the cactus, but I think it is a fungus.

We have plenty and it is still coming down here in Ohio.

I do think they made February the shortest month because it is the worst month.

-13C(4F) at 10am this morning and 2 ft of snow in the yard. We had that much snow in early January, lost it all in our January thaw, and got it all back again in February. We've had roughly double the normal snowfall this winter. On the bright side it hasn't been as cold as it normally is.

I'm itching to get started on some mods I've been thinking of, nothing special just upgrades to previous things.
But alas the door is frozen shut!
Maybe next weekend.

My trailer's white, does that count. It was a bit on the brown side till last Saturday, then I whitened it up. Looks pretty and white now. Also drug it down the road to have it's propane bottle filled. A camping trip a couple weeks ago pretty much drained what was left of the propane. Was planning on a trip this week-end, but it looks like that wet stuff falling outta the sky will change those plans.

Not quite enough, but we're expecting a little more this coming week. Still have a little more snowmobiling, and ice-fishing to do yet. We had a bit of a cold snap during January and February that put a bit of a damper on outdoor activities (-35 is bad in either celsius, or farenheight).

Summer is on it's way though, and the funds are just waiting for a new (to me) 16footer.

Photo taken two weeks ago. I have had to snowblow the drive twice since then. Trillium has about 18" of snow on top of it. Like Bill F. mentioned, this is all recent snowfall after the (unusual) January thaw.

Doug, I dunno where you got that pic . . . . and why would you want the stuff. It would just cover up the daffodils and crocus that are starting to bloom.

Ian,
the pic is circa 10days past. The snow collapsed a maple tree in our front yard, caved in the roof (Ruff in America speak, LOL) of our 14X20 gazabo, wrecking in the process about a $5,000 hot tub!
Am I impressed????
MAY can't get here any sooner. Any chance you two can come earlier, like Wednesday????
