Anyone using Dish Satellite TV Pay as you go plan?

I am considering the Dish Network Pay as you go plan for satellite TV while on the road. We have DirecTV at home but they don’t have anything for RV’ers. It looks like the equipment and monthly cost is OK for Dish so my question is really about how easy it is to activate and deactivate or reactivate the service so you only pay those months while traveling. I had a Verizon hotspot for internet with a pay as you go plan and that was awful trying to manage the deactivation/reactivating aspects so I stopped using it.
Thanks.

We bought a cheap DVD player and a bunch of compilation movie discs
Cheap , always works , no monthly fees , no contract , no streaming . no need for antenna, wifi , hot spot , etc , etc , etc .
If I want to hear the news or weather I listen to my AM radio .

I have not looked into Direct tv for some time now but at one time all you needed was to take one of you home receivers with you and a portable dish. Log in as if at home.

I have also used Dish tv almost without problems. Tech phone help was terrible. If I was boondocking, they would want a physical address in order to activate it. Some times I would just give them some address near where I was camped. They didn't like nearest cross roads. But it was good to be able to suspend the service once we returned home. You would pay for the entire month even if you last used it for just a few days that month. But this has been a few years ago.
