Anyone with a 16 ft Scamp near Ottawa Ontario

I would like to see a Scamp and/or talk to an owner before I order our trailer. Can anybody help me out?

Did you try asking the Scamp factory? I'm sure the referral program extends north of the border. Wayne Pitlick at Scamp put us in touch with a wonderful couple who showed us their 19'. This visit made up our minds for us - pickup date is March 15.
This is a win-win-win situation. We saw the RV we were interested in, & fell in love with it. Got to ask a lot of questions & had a detailed & leisurely tour. The owners get a referral fee from Scamp. Scamp makes a sale. Everybody's happy!

I did get a name from Scamp but the phone # was not in service. Scamp only has the names of owners of new Scamps. The next closest one is about 4 hours away.

Sandy, did you post over at YahooScampers that you want to see a trailer in your area? The more "All Calls" you put out, the better chance you have of getting some help. I think finding one in Canada is going to be tough, but certainly doesn't hurt to ask.

This might be the nice couple two blocks from us, in Nepean, who recently bought a new Scamp. Their driveway has been empty (Scamp-less) since November. If you want, send us a PM with your contact info. and we'll stick it in their mailbox -- in case they are not back before we take off.
