I saw a used 10ft awning and am wondering will it fit? What is the "standard" size awning for a 13ft scamp?
Also other than rips/tears what else should I check in a used awning?

Any advice would be appreciated---thanks Jackie

Unhappy

Scamp Factory list of options has it listed as: Awning 8' Self Storing - 13' only.

However, if you are good at Jerry Rigging, perhaps you could get it to work , maybe.

I believe the 13' has 10' of camper to work with.

Will it un-fold and un-roll.

what kind of used awning did you see? not all awning will fit the Scamp.. The so called Case awnings Scamp has are a real pain unless ya got someone there to help you... A few people have been able to put another kind of self contained awning on, but had to modify and make brackets to fit the curve of the trailer....
I see your in the PNW... are we close neighbors?

Thanks Adrian and Christi for the info--I think that I will be safer with getting a new one. The EZ up will do for now--a bargain isn't a bargain if it doesnt work

Christi--we are about an hour or so out side of Seattle--in Bremerton, is that close?

Thanks again, Jackie
