Back to the future boler

Interbike, the bicycle industry trade show was in Las Vegas last week. The Ryder eyewear company had a "Back to the Future" theme, complete with a Delorean (flux capacitor removed) and staff dressed in 50's space movie costumes. In the back of the booth acting as a sort of space-pod was a vintage Boler.

This particular Boler was a bit rough, in need of a full resto. One of the staffers admitted that he didn't know much about the "Mini Airstream" as he called it, but said that dozens of show attendees had asked to see the inside. Sound familiar?

I think it's bizarre that with all of the fiberglass-bodied low-production vehicles in the world, the one with a brushed metal surface gets a fiberglass trailer behind it, not the obvious Airstream.

Oh well, under that brushed stainless steel the Delorean DMC-12 body was moulded fiberglass, so maybe it's appropriate after all...

That trailer is my trailer it was rented from my son Derek ar happier camper .com believe it or not that trailer is fully restored. They wanted a rough looking trailer and had it wrapt in decals to make it look rough you can see photos of it on happier camper.com it is the white and silver gray trailer probably the 1st time someone tried to make a fg trailer look bad
