Beachcomber camper ?

I was able to view what the Seller is telling me is a 1979 or 1978 Beachcomber camper. I borrowed a friends truck to bring it to a public scale to find out the dry weight of the camper since I can't find any info on it.

I drive a Honda Element AWD but it's only a 4cyl. and the tow weight says that I shouldn't exceed 1500 lbs. So I am stuck wondering - A.) is this a Beachcomber ? B.) What's it worth ?
C.) Anyone else with a 4 cyl. SUV tow something like this ?

Hi Eric, I can't specifically answer your questions, but check out the Beachcomber in the Albums. There's a copy of the Beachcomber brochure there and maybe it will help answer your question about the brand of trailer I'm not certain of the age of the Beachcomber in the Album...and it's been painted, so don't jump to the conclusion that your trailer and the one featured are not the same brand.

Yes, check the albums. It *appears* to be a Beachcomber, but as Donna said, there are many clones of all brands. Look carefully.

Yes, there are many of us folks towing with Elements here. BUT......

That guy is probably too big for it. We all have 13s and are pushing our limits.

My Burro is 1450 loaded. I wouldn't want to go any higher than that, but some are doing 2k.
