Beauty in nature

I was outside and took some photos in the rain of some neat spider webs and wanted to share them. Click on the photos to enlarge them to see the webs details enlarged seem to make it look like xmas time as the webs appear or seem to be lights on the garage and on the tree.

There certainly is wonder all around us if we just take a look.
I have a little flock of hummingbirds who dance just outside my window and share the joy of creation
Your home is a beautiful place as well!

Nice! I like spiders, they are very industrious creatures.

I also like the rock building. Is that your house?

Oh my gosh Jim the is so pretty! Love the roof line and I see several chimneys. Having lived almost my whole life in post war tract housing I really love other architecture.

The spider webs are beautiful, but your back yard looks like a photo postcard of a old-world garden.

I've got a bad connection tonight, so only the top third of the house picture loaded for me. Will check again later.

Gawleee those must be big spiders to make such huge webs! Don't know if I've ever seen any like that. Amazing!

That's quite a castle you have there. Pretty nice place!

Mike,
The webs are not as big as they appear in the second photos because although they appear to cover the garage and trees it is because I shot the photo thru the web looking at the garage and trees. If they were that big, I'd be moving.

My spider webs ARE as big as yours appear. I can only appreciate the absence of most of the other bugs lower on the food chain.

The architecture and construction materials back east are some things I miss from my youth, as well as the foliage.
