Smile "Between every two pines is a doorway to a new world." — John Muir

"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn."
— John Muir

"One day's exposure to mountains is better than a cartload of books."
— John Muir

"Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul."
— John Muir

"Keep close to Nature's heart...and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean."
— John Muir

"The world is big and I want to have a good look at it before it gets dark."
— John Muir

Yep! I'm getting an itch to get the Scamp out of the Scamport and park it where there is some Nature to Refresh me. I'm working on it........in between Windy days. Ha!

Thanks for writing that! It really brings back fond memories of our last vacation.
Also......
I am sooooo glad we had people like John Muir. My wife and I just visited Muir Woods, just north of San Fran. What a wonderful visit.
We are so looking forward to buying our new camper to smell the smells of our earth.
