Boy am I lucky.....

I just found a new winter home for my "Nest Egg" that is heated. I can now start some springtime projects 3 months early. It only cost me $200 for the use of 40x40 heated garage for 3 months. The house is empty and for sale. hmmm. maybe I should move, but I only live 2 blocks away!!!

The one door is 16' wide by 10' tall, the other is 16' wide by 12' tall. You could fit 8 x 16' scamps inside if you wanted!!! I'm seriously thinking about buying it for investment purposes. The house could be rented and I only would need 1/2 the garage!!!

Hi: cpaharley2008...Being able to work in there you'd also be able to keep an eye on the renters too!!! I'd be buying. Some people have all the luck.
