It is a frosty 15 degrees at my house this morning in the wake of the weekend storm (5300' elevation in the White Mountains of eastern AZ).

I'll bet it was a little nippy last night even in Quartzite!

Time to put another log on the fire...

jon you will not belive our temp 50d in the am thurs we leave for quartzite its going to be 56d.

Misunderstood your post and thought you were already in Quartzite, Bob. It is not uncommon to get desert temperatures in the mid-upper 30's following a Pacific storm. We've used our Scamp's furnace more than once to knock the chill off in the morning.

They're calling for a slow warm-up all week. No new storms in the forecast at this point, though we can use the moisture.

the quartzite trip

no jon we leave thurs morning the plan is to boondock at the casino in Tulsa graze on the food bar. get up the next morning to do the will Rogers tour once more and then on to quartzite. we will be staying at quartzite so drop on by.
