Hi again,
I have just found out that the 17' Casita SD is offered with a bunk bed, instead of the side table/bed, it is a couch/bed/bunk and the outside side window is smaller because of the design.
What is everyones opinions on this, if I were to sell it in the future, do you think it will sell as good since they don't sell very many new with this layout.
Rob

Talking

The Casita Spirit with a side Dinette has a sleeping capacity of 3 persons. The Casita Spirit with a side Couch/Bed/Bunk has a sleeping capacity of 4 persons. While retired persons who wish to leave the rear dinette made up as a bed might prefer the side Dinette, a family with more than one child would prefer the Bunk option. If you are thinking of resale, this would have to be marketing strategy. There are people out there looking for Family Friendly Floorplans

Is it four adults, or two adults and two small children (like the top bunk weight issue on the Scamp)?

Just read a post elsewhere where they said the top bunk has a weight rating of 80 pounds.... I would ask the salesperson that question....the bottom bunk is plenty strong....just a little narrow.
I think that bunk bed/couch setup would be a nice option for alot of people that go elsewhere trying to find a light trailer and have two children or grandchildren.
