We run two CPAP machines, also. We turn off the humidifiers. We have two Schumacher power packs from Walmart. One for each machine. We purchased them a few years ago and keep them plugged in at home, until needed.

I think they are each 400s. We have never had a problem with them lasting through the night. We have adapters to recharge them, the next day, as we travel to our next stop.

We use them at home, to sleep, if there is a power outage.

Have been watching for new ones, since these are a few years old. We keep check on them to make sure we won't get caught without a good nights sleep.

I installed a 5000 BTU window unit with an EER of 9.2 that used r410a. It ran that. I replaced that now with my much older but better Daewoo unit that is 5,350 btu with an EER of 10.7 that uses r22.
It runs that as well. It not only starts the compressor, it restarts it when hot, and does so with the econ switch on and while running the other stuff in my trailer.
It should run any modern high efficiency 5-6k BTU unit in the EER level of 11+.

It would not run a roof top AC though.

I do not run my generator inside of my Scamp. I didn't mean to confuse you with that photo, it was merely a size ref.

I have ran it in the back of my car before. Aimed the exhaust out of my tailgate which was cracked open about 3 inches. It worked great and there was no exhaust smell inside as the high velocty exhaust pulled lots of fresh air along with it.
I was not in the car at the time, I was in the trailer hooked to it while parked at a hotel for a convention. I didn't have my solar panels up for that one and only had an old dead marine battery to keep my fridge on for three days.

I also have a CO ppm meter with an LCD. It reads right down to one ppm.

AC from small Generator

LIke Kenji, we also have a 5000 BTU AC unit, our's is i the closet and vents thru the floor. These AC units only draw 5 amps at 110 VAC.

For us 5000 BTUs is enough to keep us cool.
