With the fires in Southern California going strong at this posting, I sure hope all our Southern California members are doing OK. Gina, how are your favorite camping spots in the San Bernadino's doing?

Good luck to you all

Hi Judy,

The big fire up here is not near my town, or by Heartbar, my "Summer" home. It is north of Big Bear Lake and a town that one of our members used to live in has been evaced (jeffh, formerly of Fawnskin) It's on the mountain, but the opposite end from me.

It has destroyed one FS campground in the area, Hanna Flat, but it isn't one I go to.

The smoke is tuff, and Linda and Dale are staying in one of my haunts down the road.. sorry guys! Your gonna get Oregon weather AND the smell of smoke!

Thanks for asking!
