What do you make of this real estate sign in Las Vegas? It states a Casita is included with every purchase.

As an aside...in Las Vegas at the the gated RV spot we were guests of near the South Strip (no names mentioned here) and we were parked in between Big Rigs no less, somebody took our beloved 3 layer Wind Spinner that we purchased in Oregon 7 years ago. It hung secured from our front window rock guard as it did every time we set up.

Someone must have just walked up and removed it while we were out sightseeing.
It had a lot of sentimental value. I'm not sure if somebody took it down because it offended them or they liked it!

Mike T,
Thanks for sharing your find!
I wonder how they interpret "casita"?
"Little house" could mean a mother-in-law house, a child's play house, a tool shed, a wood shed, an outhouse or even a Casita travel trailer.
??????

We have had several things stolen during the many years we have camped. I always suspect the people camped next to us. Our property and they were there when we left and our property and they were gone when we returned. This has happened in KOAs, State Parks, and private campgrounds. Odd the it was mostly in Texas.

You just can't trust some people.

A Casita, as referred to here, is a semi-detached guest cottage (aka, mother-in-law apartment). The term has gradually entered City-County Building Codes and can vary slightly in meaning from place to place.

Usually just a bedroom and a bath connected to the "big house" with a breezeway.

Thanks for clearing that up Ron. I didn't think an RV was included!
