Casita vs Scamp

I think that Floyd and Roger kind of nailed the rivet issue for an ending of the rivet question in moulded trailers on this thread.
Wasn't the question about the differences to the Scamp and Casita ?
I have enjoyed reading peoples responces to their opinions of them and understand that we all have valid reasons for our choices and they are all good.
For me, after reading many posts about the curved door problems I decided I wanted a flat door. I also liked the side dinette layout because it was the best for us and ended up with a Casita SD 17. If Scamp made a flat door I would have been looking at them also. So bottom line, for me, the maker wasn't an issue as the floorplans and measurments of both are pretty much the same ( I fit in both ) it was the door that made the difference to me.

We like our Trillium because the interior seats, cabinets, everything except the U shelves on both ends are bonded and not attached with through shell fasteners.

We also liked that windows on all four sides open with the jalousie type that don't allow rain in.

I hope that Sidekick will keep the same quality that Trillium tried to maintain, not always successfully.
