casita website

I am having problems posting on the casita website and need some advice from the computer literate out there.
I am registered ok - at least the process told me I was but when I log in and click new topic to post an error mssage comes up saying I don't have permission. I even logged in 2x using different pw.
I can't contact the administrator because of using hotmail and or microsoft explorer - it will not access their browser because my hotmail is free, at least thats what it says when I try to email them from their site.
What a mess! Can't even leave them a message because the error comes up saying I don't have permission.
Any thoughts?

I had the same problem with the Club site when I first joined.

I copied the admin's address and sent it like a regular e-mail without going through their link.

Which Casita website, there are 2. www.casitaclub.com which is chatty and some tech stuff and the other is www.casitaforum.com which is more techy and some chatty. some times these sites take 24 hrs or more for a registration to go thru

Its the casitaclub.com and its been several days so I'm trying to contact the admin if I can find his email (complete) address

The last time I tried to join the CasitaClub it took over 4 months to get going.
I am not kidding.

I know Eric is busy but I was starting to wonder if I even wanted to join again.
One day out of the blue,long after I had given up I got an email saying it was all set up.

Now as long as the site does not kill my password AGAIN I sam a member.
If it eats your password I suggest you just keep going.

Thanks for everyones help and comments on my trials getting posting "permission" - now I guess the wait for a response?

Just another comment/question: I am trying to sell my 13 foot scamp and as I remember the casita club "classifieds" used to be chock full of scamps for sale and wanted as well as casita. Now when I look, their are very few posts to those forums so does anybody know what happened?

While I have gotten some responses to my for sale post here its always best to have as many ads out there as possible.

By the way I plan to upgrade to 16/17 foot after sale.

I have been having the same problem on the Casita Club Forum. I registered and got a password over a month ago. My membership has not been validated and I am locked out of almost all functions other than lurking.

I have followed all the directions in the help forums. It apears that we just wait 'till the moderator gets around to approving and validating the membership. That is really too bad as there have been a number of discussions that I would like to participate in while I am not so patiently awaiting the pick-up of my new Casita in 8 days (but who's counting).
