Chariot Trailer?

Has anyone heard of this trailer? It is supposed to be a molded fiberglass unit. I am thinking about making a trip to Livington, Tx to look at it.

92 Fiberglas 15' Trailer

Thanks

I think it's pretty cool and could be built into a real eye catcher. Not to even mention the rear porch . Keep us posted.

I had a similar trailer by Chariot to haul custom motorcycles to trade shows. Would be interesting to see the insides.

Based on the 15 foot length and the fact that it has dual axles, it looks like a converted cargo trailer, maybe setup for concessions (side window opening up).

Crafts sales

The man who owns it told me the lady he bought it from used it at craft shows. That it was completely empty when he got it and he did the inside work. He said it was molded like a boat with no wood frame work.

I may run down to view it next week if he still has it.

Thanks

Charlie, I also owned one in the 90s. Slept in it a few times. They are still being manufactured down the road from me, in Tampa. They got their start when the Harley Davidson craze started in the late 80s, early 90s.

Thanks for the hint about Harley craze

Thanks folks. You helped me find out something about the Chariot Trailer. It is a motorcycle trailer. In fact I found a video on You Tube showing a guy converting one to a travel trailer of sort.

Know where to look I will probably be able to find out more about it.

Yes, I did find out more. Yes they are still in business making one that looks a lot like the old one I found. http://chariotmanufacturing.com/

Now to decide if I want it. I do think I will go look at it.

Best wishes to all of you.
