I often think of homemade as a soul person building something in either their garage or kitchen. Blastolene is a group of highly skilled craftmen that build amazing one-of-a-kind vehicles. And, they're based in Oregon! The Decoliner has been spotted cruising the streets in downtown Portland. I think there's a video somewhere about it.

That is pretty incredible. I was expecting an old cabin strapped to the back of a stake truck when I read "home made".

Too bad a GMC motor home had to die, though. These are classics themselves.

I changed the title from homemade to custom made. If I could make something like that at home, I would be retired.

Not real sure about the 'topside' control station, but otherwise I may be love!
(Saw a video special on it a couple of weeks ago)

"Blastolene Brothers" make some unique, amazing and fantastic stuff! For example: Jay Leno's "Tank Car", "Sneaky Pete", Big Bertha etc

I think this is the video I saw a couple of months back. It's about 15 minutes long: Video: Matt Farah Checks Out the Blastolene DecoLiner

I think it's cool! The average person doesn't know the amount of work that can go into something like that.

Great video. I like the way that he describes himself as a creator of functional art. Very apt description.
