Hi Roger,
I'm not sure what you're trying to bring to light here with your post. Washington State doesn't require any form of CDL for RV'ers/Trailer Towers (non-commercial), regardless of the size or length, including those RV's that have air brakes. Just curious as to what point you were trying to convey here.

Oregon doesn't have a CDL requirement either. (Although personally, I think it would be a good idea for some of the monster 5th wheels I see on the road.)
