Chocolate unny

I called my son in Albaquerque to tell him a package was on the way then I asked what the weather was like. Hot he said. I told him it snowed the other day. He said "It's Iowa." I said maybe on March 21st. Perhaps Mr. Chocolate Bunny won't make it there intact. I was worried for a moment.

I just hope when the Bunny gets there he still looks like a Bunny. Perhaps I should have sent Peeps. Don't they have a shelf life of a hundred years?

Peeps get roasted over an open fire after 6 months to 2 years.

Oh that sounds heavenly, Byron! Do they taste as good as I imagine? Do you have to wait till they age or can you roast them fresh???
