I dunno Roy. That female put her paws on my sholders and looked me in the eye while I met her last year. Is it my imaginaton or her intimidation that makes her seem bigger.
Jim, she only does that to people she likes when they are sitting down. Don't you like hugs and kisses?

....if you get sentimental over it I'll take the VT and you'll be back to doing your happy restoration!
Umm Bruce,
The dogs go with the VT - since we got it for them ...
still interested?

Thank you all.

I've given up on the idea of hiring a crane to hoist my boler American over the house into to the back yard between the trees so I can completely finish the restoration at my leisure. So here is my game plan:

1) Finish connecting the new wires and lights etc.
2) Finish connecting the plumbing with the new tanks and parts on hand.
3) Leave the front and rear window seals as they are, they are intact except for a 1/16 -1/8" gap at the joint; some gap seal (like a sticky butyl) has worked well since I got the trailer.
4) Shine up the outside keeping in mind the next owner may be doing the gelcoat or painting in the near future.
5) Finish off a couple of other little things.
6) Take pictures and post to my restoration thread as I go along.
7) List her for sale as per Gregs suggestions.
8) List the Solar and other goodies as options.

And as the wife in this project, I have purchased the fabric for new curtains for the VT, and am planning the reconstruction of the slip on seat cover for the dogs' sleeping area (front bench)

Life moves forward.

And James..... the dogs are no bigger than your basic lab or retreiver and with way less hair.

Roy; perhaps you should add;
9) Countless hours of expertise invested
10) To the future owner, untold amounts of sweat equity, that you've installed
11) Offer your professional services to the lucky new owner
12) You may still benefit from the fruits of your labor, seeing the job come to completion

Happy trails & Congrats on your New Endeavor !

Well Bruce,

I hate to have to tell you this but Carol Ann threatened she was going to go along with the dogs.

Humour aside, the real bad news is that Lynne came down with a serious case of sellers remorse. She sent me a long explanatory email apologizing for changing her mind on wanting to sell the trailer. The next morning a refund for our deposit arrived via snail mail. So at the present time we don't have a VT on the way.
That's the second VT that has slipped away from us in 2 months.

I'll go change my profile again and keep plugging away on finishing off my boler American as originally planned. I'll keep what everyone had to say in mind.

Thank you to everyone for all your suggestions, they were greatly appreciated.

Roy
