Now that we have the kitten left by the burglar, we have 4 cats to travel with us and I am seriously thinking about "The Best Little Cathouse in Florida"

The original owner had retired from US Army. His name was Frank and has passed away. In his honor we call our Scamp "Frank"

I own a small two bedroom house built in 1924 on a street called Hinkley Ave. I refer to the house as "Hinkley Manor". So it only made sense to name my 1972 Amerigo FG16 as "Hinkley Cottage".

We call ours: "The Trailer". It would cause our dog too much confusion to go by any other name.

Name for Scamp

Our 13 ft. Scamp has been referred to in our household as the Scamper... Not terribly creative but brings to mind Thumper...

Plan to paint her metallic orange and call her "Punkin"...

Other campers we've had have been lovingly referred to as "The Pod", then the much smaller "Podling"...

Love this thread... Especially love "Shrimp Scampi"... Wish I'd thought of it!

We now have a red Dodge Durango Citadel SUV as our tow vehicle (2011) This is our first car that is not "basic transportation". Has ALL the bells and whistles, backup camera, idiot lights of strange and varied shapes that are difficu;t to look up, multiple controls for this that and t'other.
I named her the Enterprise. Wonder if I could get license plates NC1701?

When I got my Burro I thought about literary donkeys, and of course I settled on the one famous for tagging along on questionable adventures - Sancho Panza's donkey Rucio.

Oh, yes, I recall her. She did some ridiculous sexy video washing her car. When her mother was asked about it, she said that, of course, they all always wash their cars that way!

I'd call the Bigfoot 'Second Hut', which is where I learned to inhale cigarettes at age 13.

We had a Surfside years ago in the traditional yellow colour and called it "Mr. Mustard". Sold it when the three boys got too big for it and too young to be left home while we went away.

Now we are retired and decided to treat ourselves to a new Trillium Outback. After pouring over the multitude of custom colour options, we ended up chosing a yellow much like our old trailer. She's called "Mrs. Mustard"!

Hadn't planned on naming our Snoozy when we get it, but my husband said that it reminds him of the Star Trek Shuttlecraft. So it will be named the Shuttlecraft. Our Tundra has already been named 'The Iceberg' as it is super white. So both have names!

My wife and I have always been greenstone fans. A small stone found on Isle Royal. We have greenstones in our wedding rings. So it seemed logical that we name our 16 ft. Scamp 'greenstones'.

We call our Scamp16 "Trash Panda". A friend referred to raccoons that way shortly after we got it, and I loved it!
