Do you know this lock

I have been trying to find some of these locks but no luck. If you know the name of this lock or where I can get them can you let me know?

It looks like a twisting butterfly locking latch.
Found several, just not yours yet.

Is there no writing or numbers at all on it, both sides?

Looks like a keyed rotary butterfly draw latch. Similar to the one in the link below, although the one in the photo has the common CH751 lock which provides little to no security since all CH751s are keyed the same.

My guess is the one I linked above would work. Very similar. They do have a measured drawing if you want to compare.Click image for larger version

Type the words "keyed draw latch" into your browser and click on the choice for doing an image search. Image searches are often the fastest way to find things. They work a lot better than trying to search through a lot of text based descriptions.

With a name like Corbin, I would put a lot of faith in this persons advice. We had a lot of Corbin locks on doors where I used to work and they were very dependable.

I have always believed locks are to keep honest people honest. Crooks are always able to get in if they want, either by picking the lock or destroying it.

True but even a bad lock will make someone take more time than no lock at all.
