Egg Camper storage, etc, etc.

Loaded/packed our Egg Camper today for our first use of it. Had it a month or more and between various appointments and lousy weather, we haven't had a chance to use it yet. I'm amazed at the amount of storage space. It actually has more closet space than our snowbird Kodiak 31 ft trailer. Everything is in except clothes and some fridge food. There's still so much space left that we'll never use it all even packing for an extended trip (coming up end of June and again in September). Today was the first time I've had it hitched up to our Chrysler minivan. Doesn't appear that I'm going to need to buy towing mirrors but I'll know that better when on the road. Going across Michigan to Tawas State Park for some birdwatching and then on to Hoeft (?) state park at Rogers City. We put in our order for good weather (meaning little to no rain).

Have you been to Negwegon SP (north of Harrisville)? No camping, but a nice quiet stretch of beach. Every time I've been there the most I've seen is 3 other people, sometimes no one. The road was just a sandy track last time I went, though, so unless they've improved it you may not want to tow the Egg with you to that spot.
