In my notes from some time ago I have "Levelor curtain wire" at Home Depot. I never actually found or bought any. What I did was throw away all the originals because they were no good and some were missing. I then got some 1/4" steel rod, cut it to the right length, hammered the ends flat on an anvil [everyone has an anvil, don't they] bent the ends as necessary, drilled holes for the screws. We only use a top rod. The first rod I made for the rear window I made it out of steel brake line as it was easier to flatten, but just recently replaced it with the solid rod.
