Nice, and I like the price! As a hint. The casings on these electric jacks is plastic and subject to UV damage. Keep it waxed and either make or buy some sort of cover for it when it's in storage... if outside. You don't need to worry so much about moisture since they're built for outdoor use, but sun will kill it fast just like the other plastic parts on the trailer.

I hit it with some 303 before I put it away, but I think I'll come up with a cover...

Camping World has a vinyl cover, I think I paid $12.
I leave mine on all the time and it has a drawstring to keep it on.
