And worth every penny, once you have been to the factory and seen the quality
put into these trailers you will think that price is cheap.
Once my wife convinced me I did not have the time to rebuild a 17ish foot trailer to suit my needs (and she was right, but don't tell her
) I set out to look hard a each and every option out there, email/PM owners, read forums and reviews, etc. I really like what went into the Oliver
but could not justify the cost, especially given the currency exchange (and not a fan of the white fiberglass interiors). Bigfoot
was high on my list, but I did not like the bed sizes (and they were quite heavy) in the 17.5. It finally came down to the Casita
17's, with the edge going to the Escape
. When Escape announced the 19, with a permanent queen bed (a permanent bed was an absolute must for us), I was sold on the idea immediately.
After dealing with Escape for a couple months now, and visiting them at their shop to go over the trailer and our wishes for it, I am absolutely convinced we made the right choice, and are getting good value for what we will pay.
EDIT: I do have to add because my post seemed so one-sided, that there are definitely many, many great options out there, and we will each find our own best fit, quality and value wise.
