Escape trailers are now being made in BC in Canada. They are so new that they do not have all their dealers set up yet.
The site is http://www.escapetrailer.com
Have a look I dont know the prices yet but I will post them when I find out.

Pssst…Lew the Escape has been around for a short while…we saw a new one at the Oregon Gathering last summer. There’s a picture in the albums:
Escape Trailer

What I remember after see one, is the quality is first rate..I think they're priced somewhere between a Casita and a BigFoot.

But you’re RIGHT…the more makes the better!

They start at C$16,500.00 (US$14,200.00)
I was in their factory last year and I must say they are very well built. Perhaps their only downside would be the amount of millwork, plywood and solid, that I think would make them heavy.
They are only making the one size. They don't make their own shell they do the fitting out.

They appear to be very straight forward good people with which to do business.

Making one size OR NOW!

We have since talked Reace into building a down sized (13ft.) Escape tentively called Mini-Escape. Patterened much after the innerds of the Trilliums from whence he gained much of his experience with glass trailers. They will NOT have shower/washroon facilities but will be built with the same expertice as the NEW Escapes which IF you check out inside dimensions are taller than the older (?) versions. He is my height and I easily talked him into redoing the moulds into taller versions after convincing him that a tall person will buy a taller trailer FASTER than one designed for more vertically challanged folks, but that contrarily shorties will buy'em anyheight cause they can "fit" almost anywhere.
Also, I'm not 100% sure but I believe (after talking to some friends who bought an Escape) the contributating factor in the sale of their Escape was the fact that is IS lighter than either Casita's or Big Foot

It is also interesting to know that if you factory order an Escape they can pretty much set up the insides EGGSACTLY as you'd like it. One couple we know of who LOVE to cook ordered the kitchen area done 100% in stainless.... What a sight!
Another couple who are REALLY into music had quite the impressive sound system built in

My wife and I read up on the Escape trailer and finally decided that we'd find something closer to home, which is why we ended up searching for a lightly used Casita. But we did get a price on an Escape fitted out the way we wanted it.

When my wife and I decided to get a a travel trailer we were pretty much in the dark as to what to get. One thing we decided was to get something that we could pull with both our Nissan Frontier or our Ford Windstar. After going to the local RV dealers we were pretty discouraged after hearing all the salesmen say oh ya this is about the lightest trailer you will find!
Then on a return trip from Montana we were outside of Butte when this minivan went by in the other lane of the interstate pulling an RV it looked like it said Scamp on the side of it and I made a comment to my wife, Now that's about what we need. So when I got home I googled Scamp and low and behold there it was. Well from there I googled fiberglass Travel trailers and ended up on this site. This site has been and still is real educational as far as learning about these small wonders. Anyway I studied all I could on the internet about both the Casita and Scamp then I called there sales people to find out if there were any in the area we could look at, there weren't. Then I stumbled on the Escape site I showed it to my wife she really liked it. I called Reese he gave me his sales pitch and after thinking about it for a couple weeks we decided to get the Escape. One of the reasons was it is only 10 hours from our home here in Idaho. The other reason was we just liked the looks of it and it came with every thing we wanted in a TT. We drove up to Chilliwack in March of 2004 and picked it up and have been happy with it ever since. It was the 17th trailer they built. Since we've got Trailer I still haven't actually been inside of a Scamp But low and behold a Casita did show up in our little trailer park [7 sites] here in town so I went down and visited with the owners and got a tour of their Casita.
