With those kind of blazzing tempertatures make sure you have plenty of sun screen and lots of water so you don't dehydrate.

We're supposed to have the nicest weather we've had since last OCTOBER. Upper 70 degrees for at least one day, probably 65 or so on Sunday then rain Sunday night. I don't care as long as I can get my law mowed on Sunday...it's that or buy a goat.

LOL, I've got a friend up in Washington with goats for sale, Donna. Cute little spring kids...

But isn't the originally referenced temp 22 C? That's pretty warm, but we are going to hit 92 here (F) this weekend.

Anything but wind, snow, hail or rain is a welcomed relief. I can sure hear the lawnmowers going. My moss is too wet to mow... maybe Sunday morning????

ah mowed mah field (in a rush) Wednesday as the real estate clan was coming through for a walk about Thursday.
YES the 22 IS C. whicwh 'ball parks' in at about 74 degrees F. But here is still more of that cooler weather and comin up for our local automotive swap meet here on Sunday. It 'historically' rains either the night before OR the day of this event. My 'WEBS' can't get much bigger, LOL!!!

Doug

Sorry about the blazzing heat coment. I didn't realize you were talking about 22 degrees C. Campping in the mid 70s F is way doable. Good luck with your car swap meet.

Ron

I went hiking in an area where there is still large spots of 8-9 inches of snow this morning.

I was in a T shirt, carrying my jacket I THOUGHT I would need.

Really wierd!

The FS has put up High Fire danger warnings too. The wind is a blowing a bit.

So you don't want to hear about the sunburn I got on my casting hand when I went fishing yesterday? Sorry about the snow started out at 40F this morning then reached just over 80F crazy weather but I'll take it.

Okay, just rub it in. Sunburns, and hiking, and tall grass. Sheesh!

(We had some snow-melt seep in under our MotoShade garage thingey, and our lawnmower is frozen to the ground. The Trill has been happy in there this winter, though. It got parked on the "good" side.)

Snow, and a bit of mud, everywhere I turn - but I did see 2 mosquitos one warm afternoon last week. Wildlife!

Had one day that hit the high 40's.
But better wear my sunglasses could get a touch of snow blindness and the reflection of the snow does give a nasty sun burn if your not carefull.
Hmmmm maybe I'll get the ice fishing house of the pond today as the ice is getting thin in spots and by law it was suppose to be off before now.
Only 2 feet of snow to melt and I will be able to see where I need to get some more trees to cut for next years fire wood.
Seems 80%of the things done here in Maine is something to do for WINTER!!!
That's OK as long as the other 20% is summer FUN.
