Hi Virginia,

Thanks! I am sure that you must be very excited about picking up the Casita. We really enjoyed our Casita time this season. We are going to try our best to get close to 40 nights if possible. We already have reservations for three egg rallies and perhaps a couple of more. Our oldest daughter will be graduating from college in May, so we may need to available to help launch her as well.

Today is my first day without some type of cold medication since Sunday. I think I am on the mend.
