Looks like a Lafuma knockoff. I can't attest to the cheap version, but I can tell you without a doubt the Lafuma I bought is bar none the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. And that includes the five La-Z-Boy brand chairs I have in my home. The difference between what you're looking at and a Lafuma is more than $100. I like my chair so much, if something were to happen to it, I'd buy another in a heartbeat. And no, I don't own stock in the company.

See the Lafuma site here: Lafuma Furniture

I bought the Walmart version for about $50 or less. I love mine and have had it for 2 years.

I bought a couple of them at Cabela's this winter and they are VERY comfortable.

I agree with Donna 100%. I tested a few knock-offs and there is no comparison. LaFuma can be hard to find unless you go to their site and order.

Kevin - that's a good price! We have a couple of the Walmart knockoffs (we call them our 'Wafumas' ) they are very comfortable - we love them!

Kids got us these for Christmas and had never heard of them.

Recliner

Came with a free detachable footrest. Very padded and don't take a lot of room when they are collapsed in storage bag. Never want to get out of them.
Plus they match our Liberty TV....

Greg, those chairs look like they're very well made. I've had back surgery and can't sit but a few minutes in a "sling back" chair (one that doesn't have solid back support). I'm only mentioning it as it could be a concern for others as well.

Other than a comfortable bed at night, I think having a comfortable chair to sit around the campfire is a necessity!

Good point Donna. I remember I had a boss a few years back that had back surgery and continuing issues. We couldn't order him an office chair from an office supply house, but had to order an ergonomic office chair from some special supplier. Chair cost over $1000, but it was sure sweet to sit in.

For that price it should do the dishes as well!

Hi,
I love my Lafuma also! Sierra Trading Post has Lafuma's on sale for $94. They are the kind with padding.
If Sierra has them, they may be closeouts, and you might be able to find them elsewhere, also on sale.
Marjie
