I think I got a great price on mine. If it's somthing you really want and can afford it, then buy it. I've had so much enjoyment with mine, I wouldn't sell it at any price. It's covered now for the winter, but I live in the city and had to put a "Not For Sale" sign in the window as so many people have stopped and asked if it is for sale. Way up here in the north country, there is always ads in the paper looking for Scamps. One would think there would be more around here being Backus isn't really that far away.

They don't really want to come down in price much because they haven't really put it up for sale yet. I can understand that. I am going to try to come up with some more cash and they are willing to hold it for a little while.....so we'll see what happens. In the meantime, I am keeping my eye out for a 16' with bath and side dinette for the because they want to upgrade....so if anyone knows of one.....

Adding a stove isn't all that expensive. I've used a couple of these and they're pretty much a snap to put in.
