That's not "cockeyed optimism", that's the voice of experience speaking.
In good buys on FGRV's two rules always apply:

1. If it's still there in a week it's either overpriced or has problems
2. You Snooze, You Looze.....

Been there, done that........

Moral: A Scamp in the driveway trumps 2 that were just sold.
So right on!!

Maybe see if they will let you go and have a peek now before they are officially ready to sell. I see the older one already posted in several spots with the waiting list in the ad so you can be sure when they are ready to sell they won't wait around - first one with the cash will most likely get it therefore no time for indecision unfortunately.

The guy with the older one told me i was the "perfect candidate" and was first on the list....and then he posted it again the next day. My sister lives south of where that one is by 20 minutes....i am going to have her look at that one for me....seems a little iffy the more i learn about it....i am looking to get the other one for sure.....

Iffy? What have you learned that perhaps someone else who may be looking at it should know?

Do you know why its been flagged on Craigslist?

No idea why it got flagged. I just used iffy to describe my gut on it....nothing specific to the actual trailer (with the exception of the silicon).

After flagging Motorhome scammer listings for years, I think that it takes about 5 flags, all from different computers, to flag off a C/L ad, but C/L will not confirm that number

"Wannabee" buyers occasionally have friends flag C/L ads off to keep other potential buyers away until they can look and/or make a decision, and sellers have been known to flag off ads to reduce competition.

I personally know several individuals that routinely do this when they have to travel to see a rig to help protect themselves from a seller selling it out from under them.

I didn't flag it....it isn't even up for sale yet according to the owner....he is making a list for when he puts it up for sale. I will admit the list thing gave me pause for responding to it, but he has sent pictures and answered every question i have had, so i think it is a legitimate ad....
