How does one pronounce BOLER ?? I had a guy stop by the other day checking out my Scamp for ideas for his Boler project and it called it "Bolay" Is that right?

I believe the correct pronounciation is Boler, as in "one who goes bowling".

No, he was serious. I think he was trying to pronounce it how he thought the Canadian version of Boler should sound.

Umm, that would be the *French* Canadian version of Boler Just tell him it's actually an obscure dialect of Spanish, where the "o" in Bolero is not only silent but is also not written...

I'm sure he was trying to sound educated. You should have asked him how you pronounce Canyon de Chelly. It's a hoot hearing folks trying to handle that one!
