The construction looks to be very interesting and different from either a standard 'stickie' or the usual glass trailer. Kind of a hybrid of the two techniques really. Externally it's molded glass - but looks like it has framed walls on the inside.
I like the rear galley approach too. Borrows from the teardrops. There was another commercial trailer recently that did the same. I'm spacing on the name. I prefer outdoor cooking myself, but it'd be nice not to have to haul out the stove and such each time.
