You're close. I believe that the correct term is "Chromalusion", that's what Dupont calls it.

For a new egg . . . . I'd want it to match my car - two tone with metallic gold (or as Honda says 'desert gold metallic) on the bottom.

For an older egg . . . . I love theme painting
the little cottage design that was pictured in a previous post
a lady bug would be cute
how 'bout a big ol' tumbleweed?
Hobbit House from Lord of the Rings?

Cool

I jokingly told my husband he could paint the Streetrod red if I could have the trailer painted to look like a watermelon. But for the sake of keeping it cooler, I'm afraid I'm stuck with white. Bonnie

Guess I would want to paint it like the "Red Hat Ladies", bright red on top and purple on the bottom. It would also coordinate with my red truck. Ah then, I would have to wear a red hat too, then they will take me away ha, ha.

I would paint my Casita to look like a cloisonne' egg with gold lines in between lots of jewel tones. But if not that, then deep hunter green to match the Odyssey.

Patt, it sounds like we're on the same path! I want to get mine painted as a Faberge Egg which would have the gold decorative swirls and lovely colors!

Where can one get the time!?!

I'm loving everyone's replies! While I haven't done a count, it does seem that Red is the most spoken of color! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! How fun is that!?!

This summer I endured a hailstorm like I've never seen. It was in Hickory, NC, and I was just pulling onto my sister's street. When the ice (cube size like out of a tray) started coming down, I moved up the street so I was under some trees...I wasn't worried about the fiberglass, but was afraid my new solar panel would be shattered!

It got so bad that I expected the glass in the truck to start breaking! It sounded like about 300 people throwing rocks at the truck!

Well, it finally passed and I pulled back up to visit my sister. There were LEAVES EVERYWHERE, on roofs, in the yards, on the golf course, etc.
Then we looked at my rig: no damage to truck, trailer, or precious glass generator, but the entire rig was covered with wet leaves that stuck to the wet surfaces.

When I got the micronaut, I thought tan over green would be a good look, like the old Bolers.

But after seeing it covered with leaves, I think I should go with "vinyls" of photorealistic leaves all over.

It would make you virtually invisible when you stay in a state park!

To reduce cleanup and maintenance time, I'd repaint my UHaul in the color of squashed bugs.

We inherited a Lincoln Town Car the color of dirt. I must say it is an easy color to keep looking respectable.

I think we decided to go with a "50's soda fountain" theme in our little scamp---I had a DREAM last night that we painted it to look like a strawberry sundae!
Pink on top with tan and brown cross hatch pattern on the bottom and the vent on top cherry red.........needless to say you wont be seeing that on the road! It was cute I will have to admit.
I think the ice cream curtains I made will be sufficient. Jackie
