Hi all

I have a 93 Bigfoot 13'. I needed replacement parts for the molding surrounding the entrance door. I posted a note asking if anyone had seen the plastic corners that covered the aluminum molding that surrounds the door. Chuck Stillman saw my request, and said he would help me. He is associated with Fiberglass Travel Trailers RV. I ordered the 4 mock radius corners for his company and paid the price of the products and the shipping thru pay pall. the price for shipping was listed at $11.35. When the items came in the USPS, I looked at the receipt and Chuck had noted that the cost of shipping was only $4.90, and he sent me $6.00 dollars refund back. I thought this was customer service to the max, and I wanted everyone to know about this company's service. Thanks Chuck and Deb!

thats cool. most people only say something when they get bad service. its always good to hear the good stories too.
