Got 2 16' Casitas to sell!

Well I'm going to be a used Casita salesman. I went to a surplus sale at my local air base. They had a sealed bid sale. They are from the recreation agency. They both need some TLC. One has a bath. All appliances are still there including the AC. I believe they are 1996 & 1998 models. Don't remember which is which. Took these pics with my phone when I was there bidding. I'm willing to sell as is for the right price. Then you fix it up yourself to your own taste and liking. I have a new Scamp so I just bought them to sell. If anyone is interested send me a message.

Good to hear from you. Also good to hear the old girl is giving you good service too. There were 4 units in that sale, so I did "share" some. One 16' with no appliances, or cushions at all, & a 17' in fair shape.

This is the last of it at this base. People should do some checking at other bases. There may be more getting sold around the country.

If I was in the states, I would be checking those sales out for sure. As a Canadian I cannot go on base at least i couldn't when we were in Arizona a couple of years back, "Americans only" even to visit a museum on base.

I would have grabbed some too if the price was right, Good luck with the sale.

Sorry that one just got sold. The other one is a 98 Standard without a bath. I am currently doing some work on it. No leaks or serious problems just needs some TLC. The furnace was missing. I got a replacement. The AC is shot. I got one to put in also. The cushions are all in decent shape. I am in North Dakota. Fridge works. If I'm offered enough I'm willing to sell it as is. Otherwise it's a retirement project. I'm not in any hurry.
