Got it Weighed

73 Cloud. Title says 950 pounds. Now it comes in at 1700 pounds. A bit more than i hoped. Tongue weight unknown yet. The home bath scales didn't work, must be abit more than they could handle.
I did use heavier tube steel on the new frame, it was easier for me to weld. A heavier dexter #10 axle with brakes too. The new boxes on the front add some too, and they are loaded with the battery and wood leveling blocks, jack stands, etc. Took out the icebox inside and added drawers instead, and lots of new paint. Propane is full too. Guess it all adds up.
Been pulling it around some since we plan to test it out soon. It does pull very straight and smooth. Happy with that. We are heading out next month to see the eclipse somewhere midwest. Then thinking on heading down to the ozarks and branson for a while.

Nice work. Doubt it ever weighed 950 lbs.

Jeff, exterior looks great! Interior is probably just as nice. Hope you can find a campsite for the eclipse. We are heading out Friday to southern IL (Shawnee NF area) in hope of finding a site. Also, there are some wonderful campgrounds and sites in the Ozarks area in south-central and SW MO. Especially along the MO rivers. Have fun and enjoy your trip.......jon

What gauge steel did you use for the frame and what did it cost you? I am considering making a new frame for my Boler.

Very nice. I'll expect your tongue weight will be very high with the trailer wheels set as far backs as it is. I'll bet it does tow nicely though.
