It's a D-Link DCS-930L, I bought it at Best Buy.
Pretty simple, you set it up by hooking it up to whatever wifi router you are using with a supplied cat5 cable, make sure your PC or Mac is on the same router, and run the supplied set-up disk. It assigns the camera to send & receive from that router until you reprogram it again. Then you simply have to find a
electrical outlet where you want to mount the camera, plug in its wall wart power supply, and as long it is within range of the wifi it'll wirelessly stream 320x240, 30frames per second video & audio 24/7. The setup also allows you to send video to a ftp server, (in my case ftp.wunderground.com), schedule times & dates the camera is sending and so on. The camera also lets you listen & view in realtime from it's own dlink.com webpage, or your own html address, and there's a app for android & iphones that let you watch up to four cameras. The video quality ain't the greatest but the closer you are to the router, and if you have the newest "N" routers, you'll get the best quality. My camera is about 70' and between two walls from my "G" router.
