We love Halloween, too!
Last night's neighborhood pumpkin carving party on our patio was a blast. 20 (or so) people, a dozen pumpkins, fun and friendship. Pumpkin designs from Betty Boop to Angry Birds to a wolf howling at the moon, all fun, all great fun.
Tonite, the little ones are out collecting candy and memories. Great costumes.
Great way to end the fall, and begin the holiday season!

I have a flashlight (set to strobe) inside a plastic jack-o-lantern, hanging in the front window. That is the extent of our decorations. I really wanted to buy a ghillie suit and lie in the yard and scare the h#// out of everyone who comes by, but my wife won't let me.

after yesterday's snow, which thankfully melted away this afternoon, our neighbourhood was ready for trick-or-treaters..but we only had 6 come to our door!!! seems it's getting less each year. our all-time-high number was 14 and 3 of them were our own kids! happy hallowe'en, everyone.
