Happy Thanksgiving!

Hope you are all having a Happy Thanksgiving, enjoying friends and family, or a quiet peaceful winter day. We just 'endured' some extreme temperatures, for the NW (I know, I know, no big deal for you further north or east) down to 13 degrees, 8" of snow. We just hope our 50/50 vodka/water antifreeze in Turtle did the job its supposed to do!

I winterized last weekend (just in time for the freeze!) - helped a friend who just bought a motorhome winterize the next day.
Now, I'm sitting fat and happy with my hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps and leftover pumpkin pie in the fridge. Life is good.

We had great Thanksgivings. Yes plural. Thursday daughter Tina, her husband Tony, and grandson Nick celebrated with full Turkey dinner. Football was the order of the day for the adults while Nick played a computer game on Granpa's computer.
Friday, daughters Sara and Liz, with Liz's boyfriend, Shane, did like wise, except most was left overs from Thursday. Sara and Liz then commenced to revive an old holiday season tradition, "cookie day". The day where the girls get to mess up Mom's kitchen baking tons of cookies. While the girls were baking cookies Shane played with Wii and I tuned around the ham bands. A great time was had by all.

We'll winterize the trailer early in January by taking it to a warmer place for 3 or 4 or 5 months.
