Your post says alot, its sad, scary and a sign of the times in Mexico. We both live in Arizona and these issues do not get enough press. There is a new ruthlessness being brought into the boarder relation equation most people do not want to look at pragmaticly. Fairness is a rule that most who do not follow the rules use to their bennifit.

Not to make light of what I'm sure is a bad situation, but this headline kinda says it all.
The Mexican war in Mexico is already over the boarder here in Arizona and Mexican meth is over whelming Phoenix.
Government watches the input chemicals into sewer systems as a way of tracking increases in drug trade. "Everyone uses the toilet" the increase is 67% in incoming percentiles of meth concentration while cocaine remained at the same level over the decade here.
If we loose control in Arizona the way to any other State or Canada itself is made easier for our lack of diligence...This scourge has been a burden in the west coast southern states for a decade, the battle is being lost. This crap is hitting every state now, not thru home grown cookers like in the past which is something you can do something about because its local and findable...Rather it is made in huge purer quantities being imported and marketed by very savvy lethal people.
This is more than a kidnapping today; it’s a message to any U.S. company that thinks it can sell services in Mexico that would interfere with the family business of drug importation and control.
