Help Me Figure Out This Shower?

So, Weiscraft makes just a really tiny trailer but it has intrigued me since I noticed that they have one with a shower/toilet called the "Ponderosa" which is similar to the "Little Joe". The toilet is on one side and this maybe fold-away shower pan/deal, is on the other. I haven't seen anything like it before. I have always loved everything in miniature since I was a child, something about the craftsmanship involved probably. So, here is a link and what do you think: Ponderosa Luxury Compact Travel Trailer for 2 - Weiscraft Trailers Yes, I realize how small it is.

Interesting. I sure like it. Not sure why you would want to fold away the shower pan either or the logic behind it. Its pretty neat little trailer.

The shower pan is in front of the entry door, I think that is how it works out. Seems a good idea for someone that might use the campground shower but sometimes just not to have to do that. Sometimes I don't like the idea of the bathroom taking up so much space but we've camped when it got unusually cold and rainy and walking to the showers was not very pleasant and the other issue is that I have seen used units take a much longer time to sell when there is no bath/shower.

I think there's many other things that determine how long it takes to sell. There's a number of people here that don't have toilet and shower and don't want them. I wouldn't buy a trailer with those things in it.
My point here is there's lots people that demand this and not that to NOT worry about resale. Get what you want. Many people get what they think they want, but change their minds after they have x or y. Toilets and showers are one. There's lots of trailers of all kinds that the toilets and showers are never used or simply used for storage.

I'm interested in the "stowaway" part of the shower (pan?) description- it's unclear to me how/where one "stows" it!

I'm thinking that box on the wall may be covering the sprayer part of the shower. I'm not sure what the shower pan would be like and how the drain would work.
