The shower pan is in front of the entry door, I think that is how it works out. Seems a good idea for someone that might use the campground shower but sometimes just not to have to do that. I think there's many other things that determine how long it takes to sell. There's a number of people here that don't have toilet and shower and don't want them. I wouldn't buy a trailer with those things in it.
My point here is there's lots people that demand this and not that to NOT worry about resale. Get what you want. Many people get what they think they want, but change their minds after they have x or y. Toilets and showers are one. There's lots of trailers of all kinds that the toilets and showers are never used or simply used for storage.
